Isn't this just another bot that breaks within a week?
No. The key messages run on fixed rails: deterministic flows that don't depend on the AI and don't fail. The agent steps in when the customer leaves the path (asks, objects, changes something) and its job is to bring them back onto the rail. Everything comes pre-built; you just give it rules in plain text, which add to the factory rules and never replace them.
What if the AI answers my customer wrong?
You see every conversation live in your inbox and can pause the agent with one click: for an hour, a day or for good. The confirmation templates are fixed and the AI can't change them. If a case goes beyond its scope, it hands it to a person with the reason written down and the full context. And every turn is logged: what it read, what it decided and how long it took.
Do I lose my WhatsApp number or my chats?
No. You have two paths. Official API: a dedicated number, connected in two clicks from Meta's popup, no middlemen. Or coexistence: you keep using your WhatsApp Business app with the same number, we import up to 180 days of chats and the agent works on that same WhatsApp alongside you.
Is it for dropshipping or also for my brand?
Both. If you sell on WhatsApp and ship with a carrier, VoltyChat works the same for a store, a brand or a dropshipper: the agents confirm, sell, ship and chase delivery issues with your current operation.
How many users can I add?
As many as you want. Unlimited users on every plan, with roles and permissions and invitation by link. We don't charge per seat: your whole team gets in to see the operation.
What is a lead (active user)?
A person (one WhatsApp number) who messaged you or bought from you in the last 30 days. Counts once a month, whether they send 3 messages or 40, one order or three delivery issues. We don't charge per message or per conversation: 1,000 leads are 1,000 different customers served in the month. Users are something else: your team, and those have no limit.
Does the plan include WhatsApp costs?
No, and by design: Meta charges for its templates separately (cents per conversation) and you pay Meta directly, with no markup from us. The AI is included: VoltyAI, with no OpenAI key or separate account. You see it all down to the cent in the Usage section of your panel.
Do I need to be technical to get started?
No. You connect WhatsApp, your store and your logistics with guided clicks, about 15 minutes. Each connection comes with its health check and VoltySo watches it. You don't write flows or configure models: everything comes pre-built.
Is it worth it with just a few orders a day?
Yes — with low volume every lost order hurts more. Recovering 2-3 sales a month you would have missed already pays for the Chispa plan, and the agent confirms at night and on weekends, when you're not around.
What happens when the 14 free days are over?
You pick your plan and keep going without interruptions. We don't ask for a card for the trial, so nothing is ever charged on its own.
Does it work with my current logistics?
Yes. You connect your Dropi, Mastershop or Boxful account (and Drop in mirror mode) and VoltyChat ships with your current operation: your providers, your rates, your carriers. Geography is validated against the real city catalog so the shipping label doesn't get rejected.
